We visited The Black Bull in Moffat on a whim - what a find! The pies looked great but the weather was very warm, we both opted for salads which were absolutely excellent.

A must place to visit

Popped in for a bite to eat with dogs - all made very welcome including dogs, food excellent, atmosphere brill, very friendly & efficient staff. Would definitely go there again.

A refurbished gem

popped in for a drink in the new Beer Garden - excellent renovation, good beer, friendly staff. Dropped back in for Sunday Lunch - great food, we all enjoyed it (although pies are not available on a Sunday ) The entire bar is now wheelchair accessible - the ONLY bar in town which is
